Enhancements
User profile — new!
Easily send a new transaction to an existing recipient from the new user profile. On every user profile you will have an option to create a new transaction, which will be pre-filled with that user’s information (ID-2285).
- Audience: Business, Title, Lender customers
- Availability: All customers on a Premium tier or above
- Release stage: General availability
- Transaction types: N/A
Clone transaction — new!
Streamline your transaction creation process in app with the new clone transaction tool, which will copy over all assets from the original transaction. Rather than starting a new transaction from scratch, you can now clone drafts, sent, and completed transactions when you need to send the same or similar transactions over and over again (BIZ-7068).
- Audience: All
- Availability: Default change
- Release stage: General availability
- Transaction types: All
Fixes
There were discrepancies found in the selfie portion of the identity tab vs the identity report for customers utilizing that feature. The report reflected a selfie failure when it should have reflected a success due to a mismatched data field (DFND-64).
- Audience: Business, Title, Lender
- Availability: Default
- Transaction types: This currently applies to future transactions, but we will produce a retroactive fix for previously created identity reports.
