The Proof Help Center explains that with the "Sign Ahead" feature, users can fill out text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dates on non-notarized documents before meeting with a notary, but cannot complete fields or signatures on notarized documents until the meeting, and after completing all available pre-meeting fields, users select "Next document" to review others and then "Continue" to verify identity and join the notary meeting.
2025-06-24 Proof Release Notes
The June 24, 2025 update introduces new fraud role permissions in Defend allowing non-admin users to access fraud data, adds automatic reminder emails for real estate transactions to notify signers and contacts before expiration, and enables Command Center users to apply new brand profiles across all organizations immediately for consistent customer branding.
User Roles in Command Center
In Command Center, the Owner has full unrestricted access including transferring ownership, Admins have full access except ownership transfer and can manage users and transactions, while User Managers (Enterprise only) can only view and manage users without access to transaction data or promoting users.
