The April 28, 2025 Proof release introduces centralized Brand profiles in Command Center, allowing customers to create and manage streamlined brand profiles across multiple organizations from a single location, now generally available to all Command Center users.

To set an existing brand profile as the default in Proof, navigate to Brands, click the three-dot menu next to the desired profile, select "Set as default," and save changes, noting that this only applies the default to new organizations while existing organizations retain their current brand settings.

Brand profiles in Command Center enable organizations to create and manage consistent branding elements—such as brand name, logo, header style, colors, and custom text—across multiple organizations and lines of business, with owners and admins able to create, edit, and apply these profiles either universally or selectively through a step-by-step setup process.
Access Command Center – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center explains that Business Premium and Enterprise customers with owner, admin, or user manager roles can access Command Center by clicking the waffle icon in the upper left corner of their Proof account and selecting Command Center to manage company settings and users.
Grant an Existing User Access to Command Center – Proof Help Center
To grant an existing user access to Command Center, which is available only to Business Premium and Enterprise customers whose root and home organizations match, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, find the user, edit their role and permissions, toggle the Access to Command Center option ON, and save the changes.

Command Center is a centralized management platform for Proof owners and administrators to oversee users, organizations (including subsidiaries), corporate policies, authentication, access control, security, and settings at scale, featuring a Home dashboard, Company Directory with organizational hierarchy and export/clone options, User Management for role-based access and bulk user actions, Cost Centers for linking transactions to accounting records, and enhanced Security controls tied to verified company domains.
Apply and Edit Brand Profiles in Command Center
Command Center owners and administrators can centrally apply and manage brand profiles—including settings like name, logo, colors, and landing page text—to multiple organizations in the company directory, while organization-level admins can only view but not edit these centrally controlled brand settings.
