Identity tab updates
The Identity tab has been redesigned to present data more clearly and logically, making insights easier to identify (DFND-55).
- Audience: All users of the Identity tab
- Availability: Initially we will be conducting A/B testing so a random set will see the new tab and a random set will see the old tab. Once usage data is collected, all customers will be switched to the new tab.

Introducing Signing Groups
Proof has introduced Signing Groups, allowing users to send documents to a shared email address so any member of a designated group (e.g., HR or Legal teams) can sign or notarize on behalf of the group with optional identity verification, alongside a new Merge Documents tool for combining and rearranging documents in draft transactions and templates, with UI support for Signing Groups and a revamped transaction creation experience coming soon.
EasyLinks Capabilities
EasyLinks is a no-code tool that enables teams to quickly create and manage custom shortlinks for streamlined identity verification, document templating, signer uploads, and automated digital authorization workflows, with all completed transactions accessible within the Proof Business account to enhance security and efficiency.
Proof Business Pro Document Preparation FAQs
Proof Business Pro allows users to upload PDF documents under 30MB each (totaling up to 500MB per transaction), supports customer uploads via EasyLink workflows, enables document preparation and tagging with fillable fields including white-text tagging upon request, and permits replacing or merging documents during transaction creation while ensuring notarization validity by requiring full documents rather than just signature pages.
