New fraud role permissions for Defend
Defend data and the Identity tab no longer require an admin role for the organization; any user assigned to the fraud role can access both (DFND-286).

New automatic reminder emails for real estate transactions
We’ve added new reminder emails to help keep your signers and contacts informed about the timing of your real estate transactions. Now with new 3 days out, 1 day out, and day-of expiration reminders, your signers and real estate contacts will be reminded when it’s time to sign, plus a last-chance reminder to complete prior to transaction expiration. For customers who have suppressed Proof emails or requested this feature to be disabled, reminder emails will not be sent (BIZ-7880).

Starting this week, after creating a new brand profile in Command Center, you can apply that brand profile to all of your organizations right away. With just a few clicks, you’re controlling your customers' experience of your brand across your deployment (ETX-2797).

The Proof General Terms, last updated June 19, 2026, govern all Users accessing the Platform—including Subscribers, End Users, Participants, Notary Users, and Verification Portal Users—requiring acceptance via agreement and mandating individual arbitration instead of jury trials or class actions, with detailed definitions and remedies outlined in the document.

The Proof Help Center provides detailed guidance on completing notarizations online—including signing, witnessing, eSigning, identity verification, and post-session management—while explaining platform features, document acceptance, notarization types and costs, accessibility, identity verification requirements, and specific workflows for real estate transactions.
