Enhancements

Video background update

The option to use a full black background for notary meetings has been removed due to performance issues (NX-5717). Notaries who have selected a black background are being notified to choose a different option. If the setting is not changed by July 21st, it will automatically switch to a full blur background.

New completion statuses for Identify transactions

Two new completion statuses for Identify transactions have been introduced for additional clarity. When a recipient completes their Identify transaction, the business will now see either “Complete - Passed IDV” or “Complete - Failed IDV” (RX-1622).

Filter by transaction type
