Termination details for IHN and NST
Previously only available for On-Demand experiences, all notaries—in-house notaries (IHNs) and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs)—now have a termination screen including termination details following the termination of a meeting (NX-4412).

Notarize Panels, a feature enabled by Proof upon request, allow organizations to customize their customers' experience by selecting a curated group of in-house and approved network notaries to handle transactions, with the option to revert to the On-Demand Network if no panel notary is available.
Why Can't I Be an On-Demand Notary? – Proof Help Center
To become an On-Demand Notary on the Notarize Network via Proof, you must hold a current commission in Florida, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia, but if your state is not active, you can still serve clients digitally as a Notary-Sourced Transaction (NST) notary while awaiting your state's inclusion, with updates available through Proof’s Compliance Map and waitlist.
