2025-10-06 Proof Release Notes – Proof Help Center
The 2025-10-06 Proof release introduces enhancements allowing title and lender customers to add closing contacts to Identify transactions for dashboard access, and enables Command Center users with appropriate roles to download their company directory and view organization statuses, both features now generally available by default.

Enhancements
Add closing contacts to Identify transactions
Identify transactions now support the option to add closing contacts. Closing contacts will have access to the transaction via their transactions dashboard (BIZ-8430).

Download company directory in Command Center

To add a new user to Command Center, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, select "+ Invite new," choose the user's home organization, enter their details, assign a role (admin or user manager), and send the invitation, after which the user will receive an email to join Proof.
Export User Data from Command Center

Command Center Overview – Proof Help Center
Command Center is a centralized management platform for Proof owners and administrators to oversee users, organizations (including subsidiaries), corporate policies, authentication, access control, security, and settings at scale, featuring a Home dashboard, Company Directory with organizational hierarchy and export/clone options, User Management for role-based access and bulk user actions, Cost Centers for linking transactions to accounting records, and enhanced Security controls tied to verified company domains.
User Roles in Command Center
In Command Center, the Owner has full unrestricted access including transferring ownership, Admins have full access except ownership transfer and can manage users and transactions, while User Managers (Enterprise only) can only view and manage users without access to transaction data or promoting users.
Grant an Existing User Access to Command Center – Proof Help Center
To grant an existing user access to Command Center, which is available only to Business Premium and Enterprise customers whose root and home organizations match, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, find the user, edit their role and permissions, toggle the Access to Command Center option ON, and save the changes.
