The 2025-11-10 release enhances the document editor by enabling all users across all roles to set document requirements directly within the editor, complementing the existing functionality in the document list on transaction drafts, with this feature now generally available for future transaction types.

Edit Your Existing EasyLinks
This guide instructs organizations and Notary-Sourced Transaction Notaries (NSTs) on how to edit existing EasyLinks in their Proof account by navigating to Tools > EasyLinks, using the edit option accessed via the three vertical dots, and then changing the EasyLink’s name, selecting a different document template, or updating the payment options before saving the changes.
Clone a Transaction
Cloning a transaction in Proof creates a new draft by copying all documents, recipients, and settings from an existing transaction—clearing completed field data and signatures—allowing users (except title agents cloning lender-initiated transactions) to easily resend or modify transactions, including cloning credible witness details which should be removed if not needed.
Prevent Changes to Signer's Name on All Transactions
To prevent signers from changing their name during knowledge-based authentication or signature creation on all outgoing transactions, organizations can enable the "Lock recipient name" setting by navigating to Settings → Transaction Settings → Signer permissions in their Proof account, selecting "Yes" for Lock recipient name, and saving the changes, ensuring only the intended recipient can complete the transaction.
