Certify transaction — new!
A new transaction workflow, Certify, is introduced for creating cryptographically signed records tied to proven digital identities. Certify is available for certifying documents and will be extended to other data types.
- Availability: Individual retail users to start
- Business or real estate users are encouraged to contact Sales to discuss potential use-cases for Certify.
- Release stage: General availability for retail users
Persistent identity — new!
Users can now save their digital identity with Proof to become part of the Proof Authorization Network. This allows for faster authentication (MFA and face-scan) for future transactions after completing IAL2 level verification.
- Audience: Individual retail users
- Availability: Individual retail users who have completed at least 10 transactions with Proof
- Business or real estate users can contact Sales. This feature will be released to other Proof transaction workflows (Sign, Identify) in the future.
- Release stage: General availability for retail users
Rename documents
Users can now rename documents from within the document editor by clicking into the document name in the top left of the editor.

Recipient lookup
Recipient lookup is now supported in the transaction creation form. The system will automatically save a sender’s transaction recipients and contacts to autofill their information. Typing in a recipient field will show a search results list of people previously sent transactions.

Instant payout for notaries
Instant payouts are now enabled for notaries using an eligible Visa debit card, allowing funds from completed notarizations to be deposited within minutes.

Updates have been made to the notary homepage to improve clarity, cleanliness, and ease of action.
