2026-03-23 Proof Release Notes DEPLOY-1294
The March 23, 2026 Proof release (DEPLOY-1294) introduces Charge Statements for lenders in lender-initiated real estate transactions—PDF summaries of Proof/Notarize fees available via opt-in for enterprise and commercial customers—and enables notaries to opt out of the Notarize Network from their profiles, converting them to NST status without affecting transaction capabilities.

Charge Statements for Lenders
Lenders on lender-initiated real estate transactions will now have access to a Charge Statement, a per-transaction PDF summarizing Proof/Notarize fees, clearly marked "This is not an invoice" (ETX-3706).
- Audience: Lender and title portals; enterprise and commercial customers in real estate and banking & financial services
- User Roles: Owner, admin, send & manage permissions
- Availability: Opt-in, contact sales or your CSM to enable
- Release Stage: General availability
- Transaction Types: Applies to all future transactions after the org flag is enabled
Opt Out of ODN
Notaries can now opt-out of the Notarize Network directly from their profile. This will then make that notary an NST and should not impact their ability to transact (NX-6595).

Notarize Panels for Organizations
Notarize Panels, a feature enabled by Proof upon request, allow organizations to customize their customers' experience by selecting a curated group of in-house and approved network notaries to handle transactions, with the option to revert to the On-Demand Network if no panel notary is available.
