Pat Kinsel
CEO, President and Founder
CEO Pat Kinsel founded Proof after his own experience trying to notarize a document. He is on a mission to bring trust online with notarization that’s simpler, smarter and safer than paper. Pat was previously a partner at Polaris Partners. Before joining Polaris and founding Proof, Pat was a co-founder & CEO of Spindle until it was acquired by Twitter in June 2013. Previously, he was at Microsoft incubating new concepts and bringing them to market. Pat serves on the board of Lob and was the lead investor in Drizly. He is also a member of TechStars Boston, Harvard’s Innovation Lab and SparkLabs Korea.
Leandra Fishman
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Proof, Leandra Fishman is driving the company’s next phase of growth and revenue strategy. Leandra brings over 30 years of experience in scaling revenue and leading high-impact sales teams. Most recently, as CRO of Apollo.io, she doubled revenue growth and expanded the company’s global reach. Previously, at Intercom, Twilio, and SendGrid, she played key roles in scaling operations, including leading SendGrid through a successful IPO. Leandra is known for her collaborative leadership and strategic vision in aligning sales, customer success, and operations to drive growth. At Proof, she will focus on expanding market adoption of its cutting-edge identity verification solutions, helping organizations secure digital transactions against rising fraud threats. Her expertise in go-to-market strategies and her proven track record in both startups and established enterprises position her to be a pivotal force in Proof’s mission to build trust in every interaction.
Eric Fleischman
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Eric is responsible for engineering at Proof. He leads our technical strategy and development of our platform with deep expertise in building mission-critical systems that support millions of customers. Eric has over 22 years of experience in both product development and engineering. Prior to joining Proof, Eric spent 8 years at DocuSign as the Chief Architect, where he was responsible for the core platform, which provided carrier-grade availability and bank-grade security. He led platform investments as the company grew from $30M to $2B in revenue, and through its IPO. Prior to DocuSign, Eric spent 10 years at Microsoft working on large-scale distributed systems, including some of the largest identity systems in the world, including Microsoft Account and Active Directory.
Renee Hunter
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer, Renée Hunter helps enable widespread adoption of Proof's products across all 50 states by leading the legal, public affairs, regulatory compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and risk management teams. Renée sits on committees with the Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Land Title Association, the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization, the Notary Public Administrators section of the National Association of Secretaries of State, and is a charter member of TechGC. She also sits on the board of directors for the Electronic Signature and Records Association.
Darren Louie
VP, Product
As head of Product, Darren is focused on leading the growth and transformation charge for our product to support our company’s objectives and serve our ever-expanding base of customers and partners. Before Proof, Darren held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at DocuSign. During his tenure, he led the Agreement Cloud Platform Product Management team responsible for the Identity, Enterprise, Developer Experience, and Workflow capabilities. Additionally, he built DocuSign Identify which included products like Knowledge Base Authentication (KBA), Identity Document Verification (IDV), SMS, and digital signatures. Earlier in his career, he spent 6+ years at Microsoft shipping consumer technology like Windows 8 and numerous versions of Skype/Windows Live Messenger.
Ian Macallister
EVP of Strategy
Ian brings decades of experience bringing together legacy financial systems, payments, and emerging fintech. Ian has served in senior leadership roles at Plaid, Unit21, Wells Fargo, and Early Warning (Zelle). Since leaving Wells Fargo to join clearXchange in 2014, Ian has spearheaded partnerships and product strategy at the intersection of identity, risk, and payments.
Kelley Pidhirsky
VP, Solutions Consulting
As VP of Solutions Consulting, Kelley Pidhirsky oversees a team of industry specialists who serve as trusted advisors to Proof’s customers during and after the sales process. Kelley brings substantial customer success experience in the electronic signature space to her role at Proof. She was at DocuSign for eight years, where she spent the bulk of her time specializing in Enterprise Financial Services, as well as many other industries including real estate, high tech, retail, telecom and others. Prior, she worked for Sungard Availability Services addressing customers’ business continuity and disaster recovery needs through their software solutions. Kelley is particularly passionate about supporting women in the customer solutions space. At DocuSign, she co-founded an employee resource group called WISE (Women in Solutions Excellence), which grew to include 300 members and allies within the company. She is now an executive advisor and co-founder for the PreSales Collective's WISE program, which has helped 20+ organizations launch and grow similar programs within their organization.
