Achieva Credit Union Customer Notarization Instructions
The Achieva Credit Union Customer Notarization Instructions detail a four-step online notarization process requiring customers to upload an unsigned PDF form, verify their identity with a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching address ID, connect via live video with a commissioned notary who witnesses their signature, and complete payment to access the notarized documents, with specific ID requirements differing for customers with or without a U.S. Social Security Number.
How it works
- 1.
Upload your form
- Collect all pages of your form as a single PDF. You can complete the form before uploading or fill it out on the Proof platform. Do not sign the form before uploading; you must sign during the notary session.
- 2.
Verify your identity
- Proof will ask you a series of questions and prompt you to provide photos of a valid, government-issued ID to quickly and securely verify your identity.
- 3.
Connect with a live notary
- Proof will connect you with a commissioned notary over a live video feed. The notary will confirm your identity, witness your signature, and assist you throughout the process.
- 4.
You’re finished!
- After the notary meeting, Proof will prompt for credit card payment before you can access and download your completed forms.
