Add a New Command Center User – Proof Help Center

To add a new user to Command Center, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, select "+ Invite new," choose the user's home organization, enter their details, assign a role (admin or user manager), and send the invitation, after which the user will receive an email to join Proof.

The short answer: Here's how to invite new users to your Command Center. Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can perform the actions below.

You can add the following user roles to Command Center:

  • Admins
  • User managers

Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers.


Add a new Command Center user

  1. 1.Select User management from the left navigation panel.
  2. 2.Select + Invite new in the upper right corner.
  3. 3.Use the dropdown to select which organization to associate with the new user.
    • This organization will be the user's home organization.
    • To change this, select Start over under the Home organization dropdown.
  4. 4.Type the user's information.
  5. 5.Select a role.
  6. 6.Select Send invitation.

The invited user will receive an email invitation to join Proof.
