Add and Manage Your Logo – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center guide instructs organizations to upload, update, or remove their brand logo—requiring a .PNG or .JPG file at least 36 pixels tall and under 250KB—via the Brand Customization settings in their account to display custom branding on Proof landing pages and emails accessed through their organization's links, while providing a step-by-step process and support options.

Upload your brand logo in Brand Customization settings to display it on your organization's Proof landing pages and emails.
Your customers will only see your custom branding when using one of your organization's links. If they visit Proof.com directly, they'll see Proof branding.
Logo Requirements
Logo files must meet the following requirements:
- .PNG or .JPG format
- At least 36 pixels (px) tall
- Less than 250 kilobytes (KB)
- Cropped close to avoid extra whitespace and in the correct orientation
Add Your Logo
To add your organization's logo, follow these steps:
- 1.Click Settings from the left menu in your account.
- 2.Select Brand Customization.
- 3.Click Upload your logo in the Logo box on the Brand settings tab.
- 4.Select the desired file.
- 5.Click Save changes.
Change or Remove Your Logo
To update or remove an existing logo, follow these steps:
- 1.Click Settings from the left menu in your account.
- 2.Select Brand Customization.
- 3.Click Update logo in the Logo box on the Brand settings tab.
- 4.Click Replace or Remove as desired.
- 5.Click Save changes.
