Add Notary Instructions for All Transactions – Proof Help Center
The article explains how to add account-level Notary Instructions in your settings to create a persistent action item that prompts all notaries on every transaction to review your special notes or request supplemental documents before signing, detailing the step-by-step process to set this up via Settings > Transaction Settings > Notary instructions tab.
The short answer: If you have special instructions you want all notaries to see on every transaction, set up Notary Instructions in your account settings. This creates a standing action item that prompts each notary to review your note before beginning the signing. If all your transactions require supplemental documents, Notary Instructions also creates an action item for the notary to prompt the signer to provide them.
