Apply All Signatures at Once in a Real Estate Transaction – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center explains that the Sign Now button enables real estate transaction signers to simultaneously apply all their signatures, initials, and dates in a batch signing process during a meeting, provided all required text fields are completed, and users can create or reuse signatures before proceeding document by document.
The short answer: The Sign Now button lets each signer place all their signatures, initials, and dates simultaneously during a meeting — sometimes called batch signing. It's available for transactions sent by real estate organizations.
How it works
- Sign Now is available for transactions sent by real estate organizations.
- You must fill in all text fields on documents that require information other than a signature, initial, or date signed.
- If this is your first time using Proof, you need to create a signature.
- If you've previously applied a signature or initials, you'll be able to reuse them.
Use Sign Now
- 1.Select Sign Now in the top right corner of your meeting.
- 2.Review the terms and select Accept and sign if you agree.
- 3.Follow the prompts to create a new signature and initials or confirm previously used options.
- Read the help article on creating your signature or initials for more assistance.
- 4.Apply the signatures to the current document.
- 5.Select Next document to proceed.
Summary Checklist
- Fill in all text fields before using Sign Now.
- Select Sign Now → accept terms → create or confirm signature → apply → select Next document.
