Apply and Edit Brand Profiles in Command Center
Command Center owners and administrators can centrally apply and manage brand profiles—including settings like name, logo, colors, and landing page text—to multiple organizations in the company directory, while organization-level admins can only view but not edit these centrally controlled brand settings.
The short answer: Command Center owners and administrators can apply brand profiles to one or more organizations in the company directory, then edit those profiles at any time — including updating brand settings, colors, landing page text, and the internal profile name.
How It Works
When a brand profile is applied to an organization from Command Center, the brand settings are centrally controlled. Individual organization admins and owners can view the settings but cannot edit them. A notice is shown to users who access brand settings at the organization level, indicating that these settings are managed by Command Center and can only be changed by a Command Center administrator.
Apply a Brand Profile
To apply a brand profile to one or more organizations in your company directory, follow these steps. Before applying, make sure you have set up a brand profile first.
- 1.Click Company directory from the left menu.
- 2.Check the box next to the organization(s) you'd like to apply the brand profile to.
- 3.Click Brand in the menu above the list.
- 4.Select the desired brand profile from the dropdown menu.
- 5.Click Save changes.
The name of the applied brand profile appears in the Brand column of the company directory for quick reference.
Edit a Brand Profile
To edit any brand customization elements — such as brand name, logo, colors, headers, or landing page text — follow these steps:
- 1.Click Brands from the left menu.
- 2.Find the brand profile you'd like to edit.
- 3.Click Edit profile to the right of the brand profile.
- 4.Use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate to the desired settings:
- Brand settings — Display name, logo, header
- Brand colors — Colors for theme, links, and buttons
- Customize landing page — Custom heading and text on the signer landing page
Change the Internal Name of a Brand Profile
The internal name identifies the brand profile within Command Center and is not visible to signers. To rename a brand profile, follow these steps:
- 1.Click Brands from the left menu.
- 2.Find the brand profile you'd like to rename.
- 3.Click Edit profile to the right of the brand profile.
- 4.Click the pencil icon next to the internal name at the top of the page.
- 5.Type the new name.
- 6.Press Enter.
Summary Checklist
- Brand profile created before attempting to apply it to organizations.
- Brand profile applied to the correct organizations via Company directory.
- Brand settings (colors, logo, landing page text) updated as needed via Edit profile.
