Assign Verify Agent Permissions for a New or Existing User – Proof Help Center

The article explains how organization owners, admins, and user managers can assign Verify agent permissions to new users during the invitation process or to existing users by editing their roles, provided the organization has Verify enabled, with step-by-step instructions and a summary checklist for both scenarios.

Audience: Organizations

If your organization has Verify enabled, owners, admins, and user managers can assign Verify agent permissions when inviting a new user or by editing an existing user's role. If you're interested in Verify, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or reach out to the sales team.

If your organization uses Command Center to manage users, refer to the article on inviting new team members via Command Center instead.
