Plan Details
The Plan details section shows the details of your plan, including:
- Name of your plan
- Platform fee per month
- Current period dates
- Number of team members who are active or have been invited
- Number of team member invitations remaining
- Number of transactions used
- Number of transactions available for the period

Payer Settings
The Payer settings section shows your options for who pays for each transaction, along with a summary of EasyLink payment settings.

The Billing settings section shows the payment method on file and the email address where receipts and invoices are sent.

Recent Payments
The Recent payments tab shows a list of payments made on your account.
- If you pay by invoice for your subscription, you'll see subscription payments.
- If you pay per transaction, this list includes the individual transactions.

Your Active EasyLinks and Payment Settings
Organizations and Notary-Sourced Transaction Notaries (NSTs) can view a detailed summary of their active EasyLinks and their payment configurations—whether paid by the organization, recipients, or sponsors—by logging into their Proof account and navigating to Settings > Billing & Payment > Payer Settings, where the EasyLink payment summary is displayed, or contact support if no active EasyLinks appear.

To create a reusable EasyLink for Verify transactions in Proof, ensure your organization has Verify enabled, then navigate to Tools > EasyLinks, create a new EasyLink by selecting Verify, naming it, choosing verification types (credential analysis, selfie comparison, credit card verification), optionally add colleagues to receive completed documents, generate the EasyLink, and share it via URL, embedded button, or downloadable QR code to efficiently send Verify transactions to multiple recipients without manual creation.
Access Command Center – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center explains that Business Premium and Enterprise customers with owner, admin, or user manager roles can access Command Center by clicking the waffle icon in the upper left corner of their Proof account and selecting Command Center to manage company settings and users.

Delete Payment Method for Your Personal Account – Proof Help Center
To delete a payment method from your personal Proof account, click your initials in the upper right corner, go to Account information, find the Payment method section, and select the trash can icon next to your payment method to remove it, with a confirmation message appearing upon successful deletion.
