To change your billing email address in Proof, go to Settings > Billing & payment > Billing settings, enter the new email in the Billing email field, and click Save changes, with support available if needed.
The short answer: You can update the billing email address for your account from the Billing settings page — this is where Proof sends invoices and payment notifications.

To update your billing email, follow these steps:
- 1.Click Settings from the menu on the left.
- 2.Click Billing & payment from the Settings page menu.
- 3.Select the Billing settings tab.
- 4.Type the new email address in the Billing email field.
- 5.Click Save changes.
