Cleaner Data and More Admin Control This June
June updates for Enterprise and Command Center teams introduce direct deactivation of child organizations from the Command Center with safeguards, seamless export of Proof audit events into SIEM tools like Splunk and Datadog via a standards-based API in OCSF format, and enhanced transaction data exports featuring additional fields aligned with the product UI, all enabling improved data control and security management without needing support or CSM assistance.
This month's updates are designed for Enterprise and Command Center teams seeking enhanced control over their data and security. The new features allow for more direct management, improved data exports, and seamless integration with security tools, all without the need for support tickets or customer success manager (CSM) intervention.
Deactivate Child Organizations Directly from Command Center
Command Center administrators can now deactivate child organizations directly from the Company Directory. Once a child organization is deactivated, it is removed from user navigation tools across the deployment, with only admins retaining visibility of deactivated organizations.
The deactivation process includes built-in safeguards: the system warns about active In-house Notaries (IHN) before confirmation and prevents deactivation of a parent organization that still has active child organizations beneath it.
This feature streamlines branch consolidations, test organization cleanup, and structural changes, eliminating the need for back-and-forth with support. Completed transactions for deactivated organizations remain accessible for reporting, and draft transactions are preserved.
Pull Proof Audit Events Directly into Your Security Stack
Enterprise and Commercial Command Center customers can now pull security and audit events directly from their Proof account into Splunk, Datadog, or any other SIEM tool using a standards-based API.
Events are delivered in OCSF format, requiring no custom transformation, and cover over 15 event types, including logins, role changes, MFA updates, and API key activity. Customers can get started by generating an API key from their account settings and configuring their own polling integration.
Enhanced Transaction Data Export
The transaction data export feature has been updated to include additional fields and better alignment with the data visible in the product. Fields previously available only in the UI are now included in the export, along with new columns that provide a more comprehensive view of each transaction.
These improvements are automatically available to anyone with export access, with no additional flags, settings, or CSM action required. Operations and reporting teams relying on exported transaction data for reconciliation, auditing, or workflow analysis will benefit from significantly more detailed information out of the box.
