Create an EasyLink for Identify Transactions – Proof Help Center
The article explains how to create a reusable EasyLink in Proof for Identify transactions—allowing you to set up a single verification link with chosen verification types (such as IAL2-compliant or selfie comparison), then share it via URL, embedded button, QR code, or printed flyer to multiple recipients without manual creation, while advising to track link distribution for updates or deactivation.
The short answer: Create a reusable EasyLink for Identify transactions — set it up once and share via URL, QR code, or button embed.
How It Works
Identify transactions verify a recipient's identity and can only be sent to one recipient at a time. Using an EasyLink, you can send that same transaction to as many recipients as you'd like without creating each one manually.
Keep track of how and where you share your EasyLinks so you know when to update or remove them if necessary.
1. Navigate to EasyLinks
- 1.Log in to your Proof account.
- 2.Click Tools from the menu on the left.
- 3.Select EasyLinks from the Tools page menu.

- Knowledge-based authentication
- 4.(Optional) Click + Add CC contacts and provide the required information if you'd like colleagues to receive the completed documents.
- 5.Click Generate EasyLink.
