Create an Online or Hybrid Closing for Lenders – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center guide explains how lenders can create fully online eClosings or hybrid closings by starting a new transaction, entering property and collaborator information, selecting the closing type, adding transaction details, and including signers and contacts, with hybrid closings allowing in-person wet signatures and eClosings conducted entirely online via live video sessions.
Overview
Lenders can create fully online eClosings or hybrid closings for their signers. Hybrid closings allow signers to complete wet-signature documents in person and finalize remaining documents online with a notary. eClosings are fully digital— all documents, including the eNote, are completed online in a live video session.

- 3.Add CC contacts if desired.
5. Add Signers and Contacts

- (Optional) Select the toggle to turn ON credible identifying witness if you have this feature enabled.
7. Schedule and Finalize
- 1.Select a date range or specific date to schedule the closing.
- 2.Click the + Add new note button to type a message to the notary who handles the call.
- You can also add Notary Instructions for all transactions if you type the same instructions for every transaction.
