Download a Signer's Meeting Recording – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center article explains that notaries, signers, and organization contacts with transaction access can download a signer's meeting recording by logging into their Proof account, navigating to the specific transaction's Meeting tab, clicking the 3-dot menu on the video player, and selecting Download to save the MP4 file, while noting that some subscriptions may restrict access and signers can download and share recordings if needed.
Who Has Access to the Recording
All notaries, signers, and organization contacts given transaction access at creation will automatically have access to the recording.
Depending on your subscription, some accounts do not have access to signer meeting recordings. If yours doesn't, you can ask the signer to download their own recording and share it with you.
