Download an Identity Report
This guide instructs organizations with Defend enabled and appropriate roles (owner, admin, or fraud) on how to download a detailed identity report for a recipient’s transaction, which includes AI-generated risk summaries, contact info, verification results, and IP data, by navigating to Transactions, selecting the transaction’s menu, generating the risk summary if needed, and using the browser to save the report.
Audience: Organizations
This guide explains how to download a detailed identity report about your recipients. It is intended for customers with Defend enabled who have the owner, admin, or fraud role.
How it works
The identity report includes detailed information about the recipient, such as:
- A plain-language AI-generated risk summary explaining the risk score, key signals, and a recommended next step (if generated)
- Recipient's name
- User ID number
- Contact information
- Email and phone risk signals
- Results of identity verification
- Identity timeline for the transaction
- IP address information
Note: The AI-generated risk summary isn't created automatically. Select View Signals on the Identity or Risk tab to generate it before downloading the report.
Download the identity report
- 1.Select Transactions from the navigation menu on the left.
- 2.Find the transaction for which you'd like to download the report.
- 3.Select the 3 vertical dots icon to open the menu.
- 4.Select Download identity report. The report opens in a new window.
- 5.Use your browser's download function to save the report.
Summary Checklist
