Download Completed Documents from Your Organization's Account – Proof Help Center
Organizations can download notarized documents from their account by accessing the Transactions page, selecting the relevant transaction, opening the Document tab, and either downloading all files as a zip or individual documents, with automatic email notifications sent when documents are ready and a recommendation to save copies locally since Proof does not guarantee long-term storage.
Audience: Organizations
You can download your notarized documents after your signer completes their meeting. Proof emails you automatically when documents are ready, and you can access them anytime from the Transactions page.
Note: If you are an individual signer who uploaded your own documents (not part of an organization), refer to the instructions for individual signers.
Important: Proof doesn't have a set timeline for automatic deletion and doesn't guarantee long-term storage. Save your documents to your own system as your backup.
