Download or Share Your Completed Documents – Proof Help Center
You can immediately access, share via email, or download your completed documents and meeting video after signing through multiple methods including the share box at transaction end, your confirmation email, your Proof account on desktop (via the History tab), or the mobile app, with options to print the downloaded PDFs or share secure links to the Proof verification portal.
The short answer: You can access and share your completed documents immediately after signing, from your confirmation email, from your account, from the app, or from a mobile browser. You can also download the video of the meeting.
Want to print your document? Download it using any of the methods below, then print it from your device just like any other PDF.
Select the access method that applies to you:
After Signing
At the end of the transaction, you have two options to share your completed documents immediately:
- Email the documents: When the share box appears, type the recipient's email address and select Send Document. The recipient will receive instructions to access your document at the Proof verification site.
- Download the documents: Click the Download link directly under the document preview on the right.
From Your Confirmation Email
- 1.After your transaction is complete, check your inbox for a confirmation email from Proof. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
- 2.Click the button in the email to access your completed document.
From Your Account (Desktop)
- 1.Log in to your account and select the History tab.
- 2.Select View to the right of the document you want to share or download.
- 3.Choose how you'd like to share your documents:
- Email your documents: Select Share all documents in the upper right corner. Enter the recipient's email address and select Share Documents.
- Download your documents: Select Download all documents in the upper right corner to download all documents, including supplementary files and audit trail, as a zip file. You can also select an individual document name to download it separately.
The recipient will receive an email with a link to the Proof secure verification portal, along with instructions for viewing the completed document(s) and any meeting details.
From the App
- 1.Log in and navigate to the Your Documents page. Select the completed document you'd like to share.
- 2.Select the Share icon at the top of the Details screen. Select Email and enter the address you'd like to send the document to.
An email from noreply@proof.com will be sent with a link to the Proof secure verification portal, instructions for viewing the document(s), and any meeting details.
From a Mobile Web Browser
- 1.Go to My tasks and tap the History icon.
- 2.Select the View icon below the transaction name to open the transaction.
- 3.To download, tap the Download all documents icon at the bottom of the page.
- 4.To share by email, select Share all documents at the bottom of the page, enter the recipient's email address, and select Share Document.
You'll need a PDF reader installed on your mobile device to view the document. You can download one from your device's app store, or view the document on a computer instead.
Proof doesn't have an established timeframe for automatic deletion and does not guarantee document availability. Save and back up your documents as soon as possible after your transaction.

The Template Service is a value-added offering governed by Proof's General Terms that automates transaction preparation by using subscriber-provided, sanitized, first-generation or searchable PDF sample documents to create standardized, automatically tagged templates, with subscriber collaboration and quality testing to ensure timely and minimal human interaction in document processing.

The Proof Business Pro platform allows users to track transaction progress and view detailed audit trails—including signer information, timestamps, locations, verification results, and document history—via the Send & Manage tab, with comprehensive transaction details accessible through various tabs such as Summary, Recipients, Document, Identity, Meeting, Notes, History, and Activity Log.
