Export Business Document Templates
Audience: Organizations
Export document templates from one account to import into another — useful for streamlining template setup between parent and child accounts. Any user with an owner, admin, or team member role can perform the actions below.
Business document templates and template matching are not intended for real estate customers. If you're a real estate customer and would like to use templates, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact sales.
Export business document templates
- 1.Log in to your Proof account.
- 2.Select Tools from the navigation panel on the left.
- If you don't see the panel, select the caret to expand it.
- 3.Select Document templates from the Tools page menu.
- 4.Check the boxes next to the templates you'd like to export.
- 5.Select Export from the bar at the top of the list of templates.
- 6.Check your email for the exported zip file(s).
Depending on the number of templates, this should only take a few minutes or less.
