Export User Data from Command Center
The article explains how Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can export their organization's complete user data—including names, emails, roles, statuses, last login times, and feature-specific capacities—as a CSV file via the User Management > Export option, with all users included regardless of filters and certain fields appearing only if subscribed to those features.

Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers.
What's included in the export
The entire user list is exported, even if filters are currently applied to your list view. The following attributes are included:
- First name
- Last name
- Status
- Last login date and time (in UTC)
- Role
- Notary capacity *
- Verify agent capacity *
- Command Center access *
- Defend access *
- Home organization name
- Home organization ID
Displayed as true or false in the CSV. Only appears if your organization is subscribed to that feature.
Export user list
- 1.Select User management from the navigation on the left.
- 2.Select Export in the upper right corner.
The CSV file is automatically saved to your computer.
Summary Checklist
- User management → Export → CSV saved automatically.
- All users are exported regardless of active filters. Starred fields only appear if your org is subscribed.
