Grant an Existing User Access to Command Center – Proof Help Center
To grant an existing user access to Command Center, which is available only to Business Premium and Enterprise customers whose root and home organizations match, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, find the user, edit their role and permissions, toggle the Access to Command Center option ON, and save the changes.

Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can grant existing users access to Command Center by editing their role and permissions in User Management. Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers.
You can only grant a user access to Command Center if their root organization is also their home organization.
Grant Access to Command Center
To grant an existing user access to Command Center, follow these steps:
- 1.Click User management from the left menu.
- 2.Find the user you'd like to give access to.
- 3.Click the 3 vertical dots to the right of their name.
- 4.Select Edit role & permissions.
- 5.Toggle Access to Command Center to the ON position.
- 6.Click Save changes.

Organizations using Command Center (an add-on for Business Premium and Enterprise customers) can invite new team members by navigating to User Management, selecting the appropriate home organization—choosing the root organization if Command Center access is needed—filling out the invitation form, toggling access permissions (Command Center, Verify, or IHN), and sending the invitation, with these actions permitted for Command Center owners, admins, and user managers.

The Proof Help Center explains that Business Premium and Enterprise customers with owner, admin, or user manager roles can access Command Center by clicking the waffle icon in the upper left corner of their Proof account and selecting Command Center to manage company settings and users.
User Roles in Command Center
In Command Center, the Owner has full unrestricted access including transferring ownership, Admins have full access except ownership transfer and can manage users and transactions, while User Managers (Enterprise only) can only view and manage users without access to transaction data or promoting users.
Manage Users in Bulk via Command Center – Proof Help Center
The Proof Command Center allows Business Premium and Enterprise customers to bulk resend or revoke invitations for users in "Invited" status by selecting them in User Management under the "Invited" filter and choosing the appropriate action, with revoked invitations immediately invalidating the invite link and removing users from the list, while active users require a different process.
