Hide Non-Essential Documents for a Transaction – Proof Help Center
Organizations can hide non-essential documents—those without signer or notary fields—from signers on a per-transaction basis during the Prepare Document stage by selecting "Hide from signers" in the Visible to signers dropdown and saving the changes, with the option to set this visibility preference as a default at the account level.
Audience: Organizations
You can hide non-essential documents from signers on a per-transaction basis during the Prepare Document stage. Non-essential documents have no signer or notary fields and don't need to be signed or notarized.
You can also limit document visibility at the account level to apply this setting as a default across all transactions.
