Identities Dashboard – Proof Help Center
The Identities Dashboard in Proof's Premium-tier platform enables organizations to view consolidated customer profiles—including personal details, transaction history, and risk scores (with Proof Defend)—allowing users to search, filter, and analyze individual customer activity and fraud risk within their account.
Overview
The Identities Dashboard allows organizations to view individual customers rather than just individual transactions, providing a consolidated view of each person's activity, identity, and risk profile on the Proof platform.
This feature is available to organizations on the Premium tier or higher. Any user in an organization with this feature enabled can access it. To add the Identities Dashboard to your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Sales.
The Standard Identities Dashboard
The standard Identities Dashboard groups all transactions with each individual user and provides information about their interactions with your transactions on the Proof platform.
The dashboard displays a list of your customers, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Last active date
- Number of transactions associated with their account
When you open an individual's record, you can see:
- Proof account ID number
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Transaction history (with transaction ID and type)
- Transaction count
The Identities Dashboard with Defend
If you have Proof Defend, the dashboard and individual view provide additional fraud risk information.
The dashboard shows an additional column indicating each individual's risk score.
The individual view includes everything listed above, plus:
- IAL2-verified badge (if applicable): A checkmark next to a user's name indicating completion of IAL2 identity verification on the Proof network.
- Identification (ID)
- Selfie, if available
- Risk score
- Account age
