Organizations using Proof can streamline template setup across parent and child accounts by importing business document templates via a zip file through the Tools > Document templates page, noting that this feature is not intended for real estate customers who should contact their CSM or sales instead.

Owners, admins, and team members can import business document templates to streamline template setup across parent and child accounts. Upload a zip file from the Document Templates page in Proof to get started.
Note: Business document templates and template matching are not intended for real estate customers. If you're a real estate customer and would like to use templates for your transactions, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact sales.

Import Business Document Templates
To import business document templates, follow these steps:
- 1.Log in to your Proof account.
- 2.Click Tools from the navigation panel on the left.
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- 3.Select Document templates from the Tools page menu on the left.
- 4.Click Import in the upper right corner.
- 5.Select the zip file to import.
Depending on the number of templates, this should only take a few minutes or less. You may need to refresh the page to see the imported templates.

Admins, team members, and NSTs can permanently delete one or more document templates from their account via Tools > Document templates by selecting the templates, ensuring they are not used in active EasyLinks (or reassigning/deactivating them), clicking Delete, and confirming the action, after which a "Template deleted" confirmation appears, but deleted templates cannot be recovered.
