Invite New Team Members via Command Center
Organizations using Command Center (an add-on for Business Premium and Enterprise customers) can invite new team members by navigating to User Management, selecting the appropriate home organization—choosing the root organization if Command Center access is needed—filling out the invitation form, toggling access permissions (Command Center, Verify, or IHN), and sending the invitation, with these actions permitted for Command Center owners, admins, and user managers.

Add new team members across your organizations using User Management in Command Center. Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can perform the actions below.
Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers.
Invite new users
- 1.Select User management from the menu on the left.
- 2.Select + Invite new user in the upper right corner.
- 3.Select the user's home organization using the dropdown menu.
- The home organization is the account from which this user will send and manage their transactions.
- If this user needs access to Command Center, select the company's root organization as the home organization.
- 4.Fill out the form.
- 5.Use the toggles to grant the desired access, if applicable.
- 6.Select Send invitation.
