Manage custom text on your recipient welcome page
Organizations using Proof can customize the recipient welcome page for each transaction type by adding formatted text messages through Settings → Brand customization → Recipient welcome page, previewing changes before publishing, or permanently deleting pages without confirmation.
The short answer: If your organization initiates transactions through Proof, you can add custom text to the recipient welcome page. This is useful for welcome messages or additional signing instructions.
How it works
You can add a different custom message for recipients on the welcome page for each transaction type. The custom text appears in the same position for all landing page types. You can preview each page before publishing.
1. Add text to welcome pages
- 1.Select Settings from the left menu.
- 2.Select Brand customization.
- 3.Select Recipient welcome page.
- 4.Select the + Add button next to the page you'd like to customize.
- 5.Type a title for your text if desired.
- 6.Select Paragraph or Bullet list to format your message.
- 7.Type the desired text.
- Select Preview Changes at the bottom to preview, then use the Exit preview button in the upper right to return to settings.
- 8.Select Publish welcome page at the bottom when you're ready.
2. Delete a recipient welcome page
Deleting a recipient welcome page is permanent and cannot be undone. No confirmation message appears before deletion.
- 1.Select Settings from the left menu.
- 2.Select Brand customization.
- 3.Select Recipient welcome page.
- 4.Select the Delete button under the page you'd like to remove. The page is deleted immediately and permanently.
Summary Checklist
- Go to Settings → Brand customization → Recipient welcome page.
- Add a title and message, then preview before publishing.
- Select Publish welcome page when ready — or Delete to permanently remove an existing page.
