Manage Users in Bulk via Command Center – Proof Help Center
The Proof Command Center allows Business Premium and Enterprise customers to bulk resend or revoke invitations for users in "Invited" status by selecting them in User Management under the "Invited" filter and choosing the appropriate action, with revoked invitations immediately invalidating the invite link and removing users from the list, while active users require a different process.
Audience: Organizations
Resend or revoke invitations for multiple users at the same time via Command Center. Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can perform the actions below.
Command Center is an add-on tool for Business Premium and Enterprise customers.
When this can be used
- Invitations can only be revoked or resent for users in Invited status.
- When revoking an invitation:
- Users whose invitations were revoked disappear from the User Management list and can be invited again if desired.
- The link in their email invitation will no longer work.
- For users in Active status, refer to the article on deactivating or reactivating an existing user.
Resend or revoke invitations for multiple users
- 1.Select User management from the menu on the left.
- 2.Select the All statuses dropdown.
- 3.Select Invited.
- 4.Check the boxes next to the users for whom you'd like to resend or revoke an invitation.
- 5.Select Resend or Revoke from the action bar above the user list.
To revoke
- 1.Select Revoke invitation.
- 2.Select Revoke in the confirmation pop-up.
A confirmation appears near the top of the screen showing how many invitations were revoked.
To resend
- 1.Select Resend invitation.
A confirmation message appears near the top of the screen showing how many invitations were sent.
Summary Checklist
- Only works for users in Invited status — for Active users, use the Deactivate article.
- User management → All statuses → Invited → check users → select Resend or Revoke.
- Revoked users disappear from the list but can be invited again. Their invite link is immediately invalidated.
