Manage Your Title Account’s Operating States and Underwriters – Proof Help Center
To manage your Title Account’s operating states and underwriters in Proof, navigate to Settings → Organization Settings → Eligibility tab, where you can add or remove operating states and title underwriters using the search boxes, then save changes separately for each section before closing.
The short answer: Go to Settings → Organization Settings → Eligibility tab to add or remove operating states and title underwriters. Save changes for each section separately when you're done.
If you're creating a new eClosing for an address that should accept fully online closings but does not appear to be eligible, confirm that your Operating states and Title underwriters are correct.
Manage Operating States and Underwriters

Open Your Organization Settings
- Select Settings from the navigation panel on the left.
- 2.
Go to the Eligibility Tab
- Choose Organization Settings from the Settings menu, then select the Eligibility tab.
- 3.
Update Your States or Underwriters
- Use the search boxes to add Operating States and/or Title Underwriters.
- Select the X next to any state or underwriter you'd like to remove.
- 4.
Save Your Changes
- Select Save Changes when you're done. Be sure to save changes for both Operating States and Title Underwriters if you made changes to both.
