Meeting Quality Network Indicators – Proof Help Center
The Meeting Quality Network Indicators in the Proof Help Center display your network connection quality during a notary meeting using a 5-bar system where 3–5 green bars indicate good connection, orange bars signal poor to bad connection requiring you to move closer to the router and close apps, and red or gray bars denote very bad or no connection needing immediate attention.
The short answer: The meeting quality network indicators show your network connection quality when joining or already in a meeting with a notary. If you see 3–5 green bars you're in good shape; if bars turn orange or red, try moving closer to your router and closing other apps.
Network quality indicators
Here are all the status indicators and what they mean:
- 5 green bars: Network quality is very good when all 5 bars are filled green.
- 4 green bars: Network quality is good when 4 out of 5 bars are filled green.
- 3 green bars: Network quality is good when 3 out of 5 bars are filled green.
- 2 orange bars: Network quality is poor when only 2 out of 5 bars are filled orange.
- 1 orange bar: Network quality is bad when only 1 out of 5 bars is filled orange.
- 5 red outlined bars: Network quality is very bad when all 5 bars are outlined in red.
- 5 gray outlined bars: No network is available when all 5 bars are outlined in gray.
Summary Checklist
- 3–5 green bars = decent to good connection — no action needed.
- Orange bars = poor or bad connection — move closer to the router and close other apps.
- Red or gray bars = very bad or no connection — address before the meeting is lost.
