Merge Documents – Proof Help Center

The Proof Help Center explains how to merge multiple uploaded documents into a single file within a draft transaction or document template by selecting and reordering documents under "Document actions," confirming the merge, and noting that the merged document inherits the name and requirements of the first document in the list, with options to rename afterward.

The short answer: Use Merge Documents to combine 2 or more uploaded files into a single document from any draft transaction or template.

The merged document takes the name and requirements of the first document in the list. If you need a different name or requirements, reorder your documents before merging. You can also rename the document after the merge is complete.
