Navigate Company Directory in Command Center
The Company Directory in Command Center is a centralized tool for owners and admins to view, search, and filter all organizations within their company—including parent-child relationships where child organizations are indented under parents even if on different pages—by selecting "Company directory" from the menu, typing a company name or ID to search, and using the filter dropdown to refine results.
The short answer: The Company Directory in Command Center is a centralized hub where owners and admins can find, search, and filter all organizations in their company — including parent-child relationships — in one place.
How it works
The company directory shows a list of organizations within your company. Child organizations appear indented with an arrow under their respective parent organization.
Use the arrows in the upper right corner to navigate between pages.
A child organization may appear on a different page from its parent, but it will still be indented with the arrow.
Search and filter the company directory
- 1.Select Company directory from the menu on the left.
- 2.To search: type the company name or ID in the search box above the list and press Enter.
- 3.To filter: select the dropdown next to the search box and check the desired filter.
Summary Checklist
- Child organizations appear indented under their parent — they may be on a different page but are still visually grouped.
- Search: select Company directory → type company name or ID → press Enter.
- Filter: select the dropdown next to the search box → check the desired filter.
