New Tools for Better Oversight, Faster Closings, and Safer APIs
The update introduces three new Command Center features for Enterprise customers to enhance management efficiency and brand consistency, a Verify Agents function for supervised, secure identity verification in high-risk transactions, and OAuth 2.0 authentication for REST APIs to improve security with manageable, short-lived tokens alongside existing API keys.
Elevating Enterprise Control: New Command Center Features
Three new features have been introduced for the Command Center product line, tailored for Enterprise customers:
-
Command Center Homepage: A centralized landing page with high-level statistics and intuitive navigation, making it easier for admins to manage Proof with transparency and control.
-
Brand Profiles Enhancements:
- Default Brand Profiles: Admins can pre-set branding for all new organizations, ensuring consistent signer experiences from the start.
- Easy Application: Applying Brand Profiles post-setup is now faster and more seamless, giving admins greater control and saving time.
These updates focus on improving efficiency, visibility, and control across Proof deployments.
More Control, Less Risk: Meet Verify Agents
The Verify product combines human-assisted identity checks with advanced deepfake detection for real-time, video-backed assurance in high-risk digital transactions. The new Verify Agents feature allows organizations to designate specific users as Verify Agents, adding a layer of oversight and control. These agents serve as live human supervisors during identity verification, which is essential for sensitive, high-assurance interactions. Organizations can now manage who is authorized to act as a Verify Agent, ensuring trusted supervision and reducing the risk of inappropriate access.
Enhanced API Security with OAuth 2.0
OAuth 2.0 is now available as a new authentication method for accessing the REST API. Key benefits include:
- Admins can create and manage multiple client apps and associated secrets through an intuitive UI.
- OAuth tokens are short-lived (expiring every two hours), minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.
- Secrets can be created and revoked easily, supporting compliance and security.
API keys will continue to be supported, but OAuth offers a more modern, secure alternative with reduced exposure risk.
Coming Soon: Timely Reminders to Boost Real Estate Closing Success
Real Estate Trigger Emails are being introduced to ensure no signer misses a closing. These reminder emails are designed to increase conversion by keeping everyone informed and on track throughout the closing process. Signers and relevant contacts will receive:
- A 3-day out reminder
- A 1-day out reminder
- The existing day-of email
- A new expiration reminder sent at 7 PM EST on the day of closing
These automated touchpoints help reduce missed deadlines and keep deals moving smoothly to completion.
