New Transaction Names Clearly Map Opportunities
Proof’s updated platform introduces clearly named transaction categories—Close for real estate closings, Notarize for all notarizations, Sign for electronic signature requests (including identity-verified signatures), and Identify as a standalone identity verification service—streamlining the management of various business transactions and enhancing fraud prevention with new features like credential analysis with selfie.
Proof is a comprehensive platform designed to empower you with the tools and flexibility to confidently send and manage all types of transactions. Now with action-oriented names, our solutions clearly provide a framework for all types of business you can service on Proof, including new Identify services!
- 1.Close: Pass all your real estate closings, both lender and title packages, through Proof’s eligibility engine before selecting your use-case. Close supports both buyer and seller packages, refinances, purchase loans, home equity, and loan modifications.
- 2.Notarize: For all notarizations, including but not limited to, automotive, lease agreements, financial services, one-off requests, or ancillary documents – use Notarize to secure all notarization signatures online.
- 3.Sign: Have documents that need to be signed? Easily create and send Sign requests to your recipients. Additionally pair with Identify to secure all signatures on the Proof platform.
- 4.Identify: This standalone identity verification product is your next step to securing all of your document and non-signature needs. Send individual Identify requests, which can be completed online or even in person!
Between Close (for Real estate) and Notarize, your online notarization signatures services remain the same. However, now both basic and identity verified signatures (formerly known as “Proof transactions”) are all bucketed under Sign transactions. Secure your electronic signature requests by selecting between various Identify options, including the newly added Credential analysis with selfie; a lower friction option that is seamless for legitimate customers and still effectively deters fraudsters.
As noted above, you may now initiate Identify transactions directly from the dropdown, making it even simpler to authenticate your customers anywhere, anytime. Learn more about Identify and how it can help prevent fraud for your business.
