The Paymints.io integration allows organizations to create eClosing orders directly from eligible addresses within Paymints.io by entering specific details like file and loan numbers, then manage document uploads and signing through Proof, with seamless navigation between both platforms and support available as needed.

Once you've connected the Paymints.io integration, you can create an order directly from any eClosing-eligible address in Paymints.io and complete the signing in Proof.
Integration Overview
To set up the integration before creating orders, review the instructions for connecting your Paymints.io account to your Proof account.
Selecting the Details icon in Paymints.io takes you to that order in Proof, where you'll upload your documents. Once the signing is complete, you can download the executed documents from Proof.
Create an Order
- Select the Notarize icon at the beginning of any eClosing-eligible address from one of your Paymints.io pages:
- Clients
- Funds In
- Funds Out
- Provide the following information:
- File Number — A unique number or text identifier used by the title company
- Loan Number — The loan number associated with the closing
- Underwriter — List of underwriters provided by Proof
- Purpose — Options include Refinance, Purchase - Cash, and Purchase - Loan
Upload Documents and Complete the Order
After creating your order, you're redirected to the list of Proof orders. You can return to Proof at any time to complete the order by adding a closing date and documents to be signed.
Select the Open in New icon to open your order in Proof.
