Power Up Your Security and Brand Consistency with Proof’s Latest Features
Proof has launched two new features: a Brand Management tool in Command Center that enables admins to centrally create, manage, and apply multiple brand profiles across organizations while maintaining edit control, and a Fraud Data Access Management feature in Defend that allows granular assignment of data access to specific team members, enhancing security and customization in fraud prevention.
Brand Consistency Made Easy with Command Center’s Newest Feature
We're excited to introduce the new Brand Management feature in Command Center, an intuitive tool built to centralize brand management across your Proof deployment.
For customers with multiple organizations, this feature offers Command Center Admins a one-stop-shop for branding. Admins can easily create and manage multiple brand profiles, then apply them across one or more organizations—all with just a few clicks. Once a brand profile is applied to an organization, only Command Center admins can make changes, giving organization-level admins full visibility while maintaining control over edits.
This versatile solution provides seamless brand management. It allows for consistent brand identity while allowing flexibility for individual organizations to maintain their own unique branding when necessary. Whether you’re managing a single brand or multiple, this feature gives you the power to control and customize at scale.

Enhanced Fraud Data Control with Role Access
Our newest Defend feature, Fraud Data Access Management, offers a more granular approach to data access. This new feature allows customers to customize who can access Defend data by assigning Defend capabilities to specific team members.
When adding a new Team Member, if Defend is enabled, admins can choose to grant access to critical Defend tools and data, such as risk scores, the new User Profile, credential images, and the full Identity Report.
This provides enhanced flexibility and control, allowing Defend to be rolled out selectively to those who truly need it without granting access to everyone in the organization. By giving customers more power over who can view sensitive data, we're helping them maintain better control and customization over their fraud prevention efforts.
