To prevent signers from changing their name during knowledge-based authentication or signature creation on all outgoing transactions, organizations can enable the "Lock recipient name" setting by navigating to Settings → Transaction Settings → Signer permissions in their Proof account, selecting "Yes" for Lock recipient name, and saving the changes, ensuring only the intended recipient can complete the transaction.
