The Proof 2025-09-08 release introduces the Risk Routing On-Hold feature for Defend customers, enabling automatic transaction holds based on risk levels that require review and approval or decline by authorized users (owners, admins, or fraud roles) before documents are released to signers, with the feature disabled by default and available upon request.

Risk Routing On-Hold feature
This feature allows Defend customers to automatically put a transaction on hold based on the risk level of the transaction. This prevents documents from being released to the signer until an owner, admin, or fraud user in the organization is able to review and either approve or decline the transaction.
- Audience: All customers/orgs that are using Defend
- User roles: Owner, admin, and fraud role
- Availability: Disabled by default, can be enabled by Proof staff for Defend customers

Clone a Transaction
Cloning a transaction in Proof creates a new draft by copying all documents, recipients, and settings from an existing transaction—clearing completed field data and signatures—allowing users (except title agents cloning lender-initiated transactions) to easily resend or modify transactions, including cloning credible witness details which should be removed if not needed.
Company Structure: Parent and Child Organizations – Proof Help Center
The Proof company structure organizes multiple organizations into a hierarchy with root, parent, and child organizations—where parent organizations can manage settings and access data of their child organizations, users have a home organization determining their access, and certain settings like logos and configurations can be inherited from parent to child, with a maximum hierarchy depth of four levels and management facilitated via Command Center.
