The Proof release on April 6, 2026 (DEPLOY-1299) introduces the ability for all authorized users in business, title, and lender portals to copy and paste document fields—including all attributes like anchor text, instructions, and signer assignments—within the document and template editor using standard keyboard shortcuts, applicable across pages in the same document and enabled by default for all draft and future transactions.

Copy-paste document fields
Users can now copy and paste document fields within the document and document template editor using standard keyboard shortcuts (Cmd/Ctrl+C and Cmd/Ctrl+V). All field attributes are preserved, including anchor text, field instructions, and signer assignment, and fields can be pasted within the same page or across pages in the same document (BIZ-5507).
- Audience: Available in business (including NST), title, and lender portals
- User Roles: All users with access to edit documents on transactions or document templates (owners, admins, CLOPS, template managers, and anyone with send & manage permissions). Not yet available to signers or notaries.

Delete Document Templates from Your Account – Proof Help Center
Admins, team members, and NSTs can permanently delete one or more document templates from their account via Tools > Document templates by selecting the templates, ensuring they are not used in active EasyLinks (or reassigning/deactivating them), clicking Delete, and confirming the action, after which a "Template deleted" confirmation appears, but deleted templates cannot be recovered.
