Enhancements
Self-Serve Upgrade to Business Pro+
Business Pro users can now upgrade to Business Pro+ directly within the Business portal by entering a credit card — no sales call required. The upgrade is immediate, billed at $199 per month, and unlocks additional features including advanced transaction forms, custom branding, and IHN support (if selected). To discuss Business Premium plans and added benefits, contact Sales.
Audience: Business Pro and Pro+ owners and admins Roles: Owners and Admins GA
Not available to NST, Title, Lender, or Premium/Enterprise customers. Premium/Enterprise customers remain on the existing upgrade UI.
Move Users Between Child Organizations in Command Center
Command Center owners, admins, and user managers can now move users between child organizations directly. From the User Management page, select a user and choose a new organization within your company tree to reassign them.
Audience: All Command Center customers Roles: Owner, Admin, User Manager GA
Mixed Signer Requirements Enabled by Default
The mixed signer requirements option is now enabled by default in the transaction creation form UI. This allows senders to add recipients who only need to e-sign documents within transactions that also require notarization — helpful for scenarios such as counter-signing a notarized document with an e-signature.
This setting is on by default for all Notarize and Closing workflows and applies to draft and future transactions.
Audience: Business and Real Estate Premium, Business Pro+ Roles: Senders GA
Fixes
Transaction Links Now Generated When recipient_group Is Passed with shared_inbox_email
If recipient_group is passed with a shared_inbox_email, transaction links will now be generated upon transaction activation. This is useful for customers who prefer to support signing experiences that originate from sources outside of Proof emails.
Audience: All (API change) Roles: All GA
