Transaction creation improvements
We are excited to release an updated version of our transaction creation forms to simplify the sending experience and support additional UX enhancements, including a consistent new UI across all forms, cleaner visual styling, a fix for phone number input, a discard draft option, and 'Document Upload' moved to the top of the form for Business users (BIZ-8441).

Auto-tagging rule for real estate customers
We introduced a new document auto-tagging rule that allows real estate customers to have greater control over document tagging of their buyer and seller packages. When enabled, customers will see a new option in the document upload pop-up to choose if templates should match according to Buyer or Seller packages. This enhancement provides more flexibility and streamlines document management, ensuring that customers can tailor the system to their specific needs (BIZ-7581).

Create new child orgs with Command Center
Release delayed to 3/13
All Command Center customers can now create new child organizations directly within Command Center, with the option to clone settings from an existing organization, eliminating the need to contact Proof support or solutions teams to get set up (ETX-3577).
- Audience: Enterprise customers in Command Center, particularly those managing multiple branches or divisions
- User roles: Owner and admin
- Availability: On by default to all eligible Command Center customers at no additional cost

Access Command Center – Proof Help Center
The Proof Help Center explains that Business Premium and Enterprise customers with owner, admin, or user manager roles can access Command Center by clicking the waffle icon in the upper left corner of their Proof account and selecting Command Center to manage company settings and users.

Command Center is a centralized management platform for Proof owners and administrators to oversee users, organizations (including subsidiaries), corporate policies, authentication, access control, security, and settings at scale, featuring a Home dashboard, Company Directory with organizational hierarchy and export/clone options, User Management for role-based access and bulk user actions, Cost Centers for linking transactions to accounting records, and enhanced Security controls tied to verified company domains.
Add a New Command Center User – Proof Help Center
To add a new user to Command Center, Command Center owners, admins, or user managers must go to User Management, select "+ Invite new," choose the user's home organization, enter their details, assign a role (admin or user manager), and send the invitation, after which the user will receive an email to join Proof.
